1. How We Work

At Marcie’s Pet Spa, every pet receives love, attention, and care, just like one of our own family members. We include 10 hours of daycare with each night of dog boarding, so your dog enjoys a “PLAYcation” while you’re away.

2. Boarding Suites for Dogs

Our dog boarding suites are designed for comfort, with raised beds, food and water bowls, and cozy sleeping areas. After a full day of daycare and play, dogs typically eat, relax, and sleep soundly through the night.

3. Boarding Suites for Cats

Our kitty clients stay in fully equipped, spacious cat suites. With plenty of room, cozy bedding, and play areas, cats enjoy a calm and comfortable boarding experience. Stop by to tour our cat suites and daycare play area!

4. Vaccination Requirements

We require the following vaccinations to ensure the safety and health of all pets:

Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines

Cats: Rabies vaccine

We only require Rabies for private boarding.

    All pets must be up-to-date on their rabies vaccination before grooming. Additional vaccines may be required for certain services. We also ask owners to provide accurate information about their pet’s coat type and health conditions.

    Grooming time varies based on the pet’s size, coat type, and services requested. Most appointments last 1–3 hours for standard grooming, while specialty cuts or extra services may take longer.

  • 3. What is included in a standard grooming service?

    A standard grooming includes:

    • Bath and brush out
    • Nail trimming
    • Paw bed cleaning
    • Ear cleaning
    • Glands expressed
    • Haircut tailored to breed or owner preference

  • 4. Do you offer grooming for cats?

    Yes! We provide stress-free cat grooming without sedation, including baths, brushing, haircuts, and nail trims.

  • 5. What age or vaccinations are required for daycare?

    Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and fully vaccinated for rabies, distemper, and bordetella. These requirements ensure the safety of all dogs in daycare.

  • 6. How long is a day at dog daycare?

    We offer half-daycare (up to 6 hours) and full-daycare (over 6 hours) options. Each dog enjoys supervised play, socialization, and enrichment throughout their stay.

  • 7. What does boarding include?

    Dog boarding includes 10 hours of daycare per night, plus food, water, cozy bedding, playtime, and plenty of attention. Cat boarding includes spacious suites, bedding, and a calm environment.

  • 8. Are there any discounts or packages?

    Yes! We offer daycare packages (buy 10 days, get one free) and sibling discounts ($2 off each additional dog sharing a room).
