Appointment Policies, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments canceled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to the full grooming fee. This ensures that all pets receive timely attention and that our grooming schedule remains reliable for everyone.

Half Groom Services

We also offer half-groom services to help maintain your dog’s coat between full grooms. Half grooms are provided at the discretion of your groomer to ensure your dog’s coat remains healthy and free of mats.
